Hey again! A little about me...
I'm an intuitive writing coach, writer and poet stationed in Boulder, Colorado. Originally from Chicago, my writing pursuits began at Butler University, graduating from Naropa University with a dual focus in Creative Writing / English Literature and Contemplative Psychology. My creation process is informed by and through mind, body, earth and energetic-centered practices.
